Embroidery

Embroidery for uniforms by Workwise Clothing:

Uniforms and workwear often feature embroidered logos, names, or designs to enhance brand identity and create a professional appearance. Workwise Clothing uses embroidery to customize uniforms, scrubs, caps, jackets, and other clothing items for businesses, organizations, and events.

Process to first time clients:

  1. Consultation and Design: Workwise Clothing consults with clients to understand their needs, including logo placement, color schemes, fabric choices and sizing.

  2. Digitizing the Design: The logo or design is digitized, which means converting it into a digital embroidery file format that the embroidery machines can read. This process involves defining the types of stitches, stitch order, and thread colors.

  3. Creating a physical sample: Workwise Clothing will then embroider a sample embroidery on a swatch of fabric the same color as the final uniform for approval, after approval we will then get on to the next step.
  4. Machine Setup and Embroidery: The fabric is placed in a hoop, and the embroidery machine is set up with the appropriate thread colors. The machine then stitches the design onto the clothing item.

  5. Quality Check and Finishing: The embroidered items are checked for quality, trimmed, cleaned, and prepared for delivery.

Embroidery offers a durable and professional-looking way to brand workwear, making it a popular choice for many businesses. Workwise Clothing ensures high-quality embroidery that meets the specific needs of their clients, helping to create a polished and cohesive brand image.
